Food Log

Keeping a food journal is a tedious task yet one that I hope will lead to good things for me.  The list will be updated as I have time throughout the day and may not always be current.  As for quantity and such, at this point, I do not see myself detailing exact measurements of what I eat, but as I feel the need, I may qualify certain quantities in some form.  The main purpose is for me to be able to track my eating habits and be accountable for what I eat as well as what I don’t eat.  Please feel free to share your thoughts.

10/24 -  banana, cereal with fresh fruit & soy milk, cup of homemade chicken soup, mini baguettes with goat cheese and mushrooms, boiled potato salad with bacon and asparagus, seafood pasta, homemade sangria gelato, slice of taro birthday cake.
10/25 -  homemade chicken soup with garlic toast, vegetable curry with spinach salad.
10/26 -  scrambled eggs with spinach and bacon bits, lean smoked turkey sausage, 1/2 pear, 1.5 bowls of cereal with soy milk, pear, slice of peanut butter toast, peach yogurt.
10/27 -  spinach salad with loads of veggies and mushroom clam chowder soup, big bowl of homemade chicken soup with two slices of garlic & parmesan cheese bread, two dumplings, 1/2 bowl of cereal with soy milk.
10/28 -  cereal with soy milk, peach yogurt, homemade chicken soup, Animal-style cheeseburger, fold-over smoked turkey sausage sandwich.
10/29 -  green salad with tuna, asparagus, and other good veggies, handful of grapes, spaghetti with tomato sauce and ground turkey, mashed potatoes.
10/30 -  cereal with soy milk, yogurt, goulash, red bean nut bread, spicy tuna rolls, salad, chicken yakiudon.
10/31 - yogurt, pear, leftover yakiudon, crackers, pork chop, green veggies, coleslaw, rice and beans.
11/01 - yogurt, tomato & basil pasta, green salad, non-fat frozen yogurt, cereal with soy milk, leftover pasta and 1/2 breadstick.
11/02 - banana, spinach salad, goulash, slice of garlic bread, asparagus, yogurt.
11/03 - banana, egg sandwich, banana, bowl of fruit, cereal with fruit, yogurt.
11/04 - cereal with fruit, chicken tacos with spinach leaves and baby tomatoes (lunch and dinner), yogurt, banana.
11/05 - spinach salad, clam chowder, apple, boysenberries & strawberries, egg & spinach soup, green beans, chicken, rice.
11/06 - cereal with fruit, goulash, clam chowder, apple & pineapple, yogurt.
11/07 - whole wheat blueberry and walnut pancakes with banana, cereal with fruit, avocado toast.
11/08 - apple, boiled potato and asparagus salad, two chicken and veggie tacos, more potato salad, banana, yogurt.
11/09 - cereal with banana,  Chinese lunch with chicken, peppers, rice, asparagus, apple, yogurt, banana, cereal.
11/10 - egg sandwich, pepper chicken, rice, green beans, pineapple.
11/11 - fried dumplings, two chicken, mushroom, avocado, and bean burritos, yogurt.
11/12 - oatmeal with fruit, one slice of Costco pizza, 1/3 hot dog, yogurt, toast.
11/13 - smoked turkey sandwich (spinach, avocado, whole wheat bread), spicy tuna roll, salad, yogurt.
11/14 - 2 fried shrimp cakes, Thai noodles, green chicken curry, Thai coffee, noodles and curry leftovers, yogurt, yogurt.
11/15 - zarusoba, enaju, unaju, green salad, zarusoba, misoshiru, yogurt.
11/16 - spinach salad, beef soup, whole wheat toast, apple, zarusoba, two slices of smoked turkey, yogurt, 1/2 serving of frozen yogurt.
11/17 - banana, Taiwanese beef bowl thing with rice, Vietnamese chicken sandwich on fresh baguette, yogurt.
11/18 - banana, granola with soy milk, zarusoba, misoshiri with tofu, spinach salad with smoked turkey & asparagus, beef soup, granola snack.
11/19 - banana, smoked turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with spinach, Chinese stir-fry lamb with veggies, rice, yogurt, banana, granola snack.
11/20 - egg soup with spinach and tofu, rice, fried egg, stir-fry asparagus and onion, yogurt.
11/21 - chicken with mole, corn tortillas, empanada, greens, rice, yogurt, banana, granola.
11/22 - whole wheat french toast, substitute eggs, hash browns, banana, yogurt.
11/23 - cereal with soy milk, banana, chicken soup, egg & spinach soup, fat-free frozen yogurt.
11/24 - cereal with fruit, chicken and vegetable curry with rice, seconds of curry with rice.
11/25 - banana, banana, Chinese takeout, crackers.
11/26 - cereal with soy milk, chicken and egg sandwich, Thanksgiving dinner.
11/27 - green salad, turkey with gravy, green beans, apple, chicken & vegetable curry with rice, yogurt.
11/28 - 1.5 turkey sandwiches on rye, fruits and veggies, pineapple, yogurt, 2 turkey burritos with guacamole and beans.
11/29 - chicken soup, Thai chicken noodles, yogurt.
11/30 - cereal with banana, homemade chicken soup, homemade chicken soup, 2 slices of garlic toast, yogurt.

12/05 - a variety of Ethiopian food with chicken, lentils, and so on, hummus & pitas for dipping, pizza.
12/06 - hummus and vegetable gyro, lentil soup, fresh spring roll, toast.
12/07 - cereal with soy milk, ground turkey and vegetable linguine with tomato sauce, yogurt, ground turkey and vegetable linguine with tomato sauce.
12/08 - cereal with apples, ground turkey and vegetable linguine with tomato sauce, yogurt, cereal snack.
12/09 - cereal with fruit, smoked turkey and veggie sandwich, ground turkey and vegetable linguine with tomato sauce, cereal snack, frozen yogurt.
12/10 - yogurt with granola and fruit, grilled tuna melt, salad, clam chowder.
12/11 - yogurt with granola, clam chowder, Thai noodles with shrimp, eggplant with chicken, green curry with rice.
12/12 - yogurt, Chipotle vegetarian burrito.
12/13 - cereal with yogurt, zarusoba, tortilla with guacamole.
12/14 - half grilled turkey and Pepper Jack sandwich, yogurt, California rolls, beef yakiudon, teriyaki chicken, cabbage salad.
