My name is Cory and I’m a well-rounded guy with many interests. I reside in what could be a more neighborly-neighborhood in Southern California with my beautiful wife and wonderfully-disobedient dog.

The purpose of this blog is two-fold.  One, to record some of my thoughts while on the road to healthy weight loss.  Secondly, to connect with others in similar places in life so that we can support each other in our efforts.  I hope that you enjoy the blog as much as I do writing it and that my efforts will perhaps even encourage you and others.

Also, thank you so much for your support.  It means a lot to me to hear from friends & family as well as complete strangers!  A simple “You can do it!” message sure goes a long way!! We’re all in this together.  Let’s do it!!
